小时候不爱吃,现在爱得深刻的食物,是不是有这几样……

Broccoli 西兰花

WHEN YOU WERE 6: That vegetable that kind of looks like a tree is disgusting.

六岁的时候:长得像树的蔬菜……恶心。

Coffee 咖啡

WHEN YOU WERE 6: Yuck, that brown stuff my teacher drinks! Beg to have a cup too. Even after six lumps of sugar, it still tastes horrible.

六岁的时候:恶心……我老师才会喝的棕不拉几的东西。求着父母才能喝到一杯,加完六大勺糖,还是很难喝啊。

AS AN ADULT: Need it for survival. Coffee has become your drug. While studies have linked coffee to protecting the brain and lowering risk of death, we also know it gives us that much-needed energy boost in the AM. (And also should not be consumed by children.)

长大成人后:没咖啡活不下去。喝咖啡简直上瘾。有研究显示咖啡与保护大脑和降低死亡风险有关联。而且我们知道咖啡是挺过上午的能量推进剂。(而且,小孩儿不能喝。)
